Perfect for Single event based Phobias - In group session, we will delete your fears around phobias and their related traumas. Camera on, not necessary. See Calendar and pick a session which is right for you! x 3. You will recieve a brief questionaire with your welcome email to help me support you best. This group session is designed to help you release fear. We'll start with a brief conversation where you'll rate your fear on a scale from 1 to 10. Using a series of slides, I’ll bring your emotions to the surface and clear them instantly. We’ll continue this process until everyone feels calm and their fear is significantly reduced or gone. If you have deep-rooted trauma tied to your phobia, a private session may be more effective. A discount will be available for private sessions if you participate in the group session.
