You will recieve an questionaire to complete before, immediately after and 3 months after your session. We have a remarkable ability to forget events when we are no longer emotional attached. This will give us both an overview of just how far you have come. Phone Healing Session: Find a comfortable and relaxed position for your session. Have some water, a blanket, and tissues nearby, just in case. Try to create a quiet space where you won't need to leave during the call, but don't worry if you need to step away briefly. Video Healing Session: We'll follow the same approach as the phone session. You can use your phone or computer for video, looking at each other when needed and directing the camera away when eyes are closed. I often close my eyes to focus deeply and connect with your emotions, free from visual distractions. All 1:1 sessions include follow-up texts for continued support.
